Once I have a need to use my rental income as my spending money then the story may change but the only way to grow your business rapidly is to reinvest.

The stock market has many flavors for you, e.g. growth stocks which are stocks that may rise rapidly but carry a degree of risk; income stocks which are those that throw out dividends and so on.

I've heard Westerville is a very good area, but may be just outside my price range and Franklinton is a rapidly appreciating area, but still gentrifying.

Investment Info:Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Grand Rapids.

Tons of expansion in this area so very rapid appreciation at the moment.

I also understand that the population is declining rapidly, especially with younger folks fleeing.
