If a guest overstays their welcome, I can remotely: Lock them outTurn on the house alarmTurn off their heat and air conditioningTurn off the waterCut off their TV servicesCut off their InternetBasically, they will have a roof over their head but it will be the least comfortable place to reside with no heat or AC or water or Internet and an alarm going off!

I invest in Union County and there are strict guidelines preventing this.You may be better off renting 1st floor to an extended family who utilize as per the lease the main floor and basement as well.Good luck,Chris

If my plan was to hold onto this short term (let's just say 2-3 years out of thin air), it makes no sense to pay the point up front and I would opt for the higher percentage rate per month.I know I've heard/read that some people would argue that it rarely ever makes sense to pay the point up front, but if its a long term play, I don't truly understand why that might be...Any info appreciated!
