By understanding what they want and need, you can come up with answers that work for everyone.When negotiating a real estate deal, each seller is different, and their professionalism, tastes, and goals all play a big part in how the deal turns out.After thinking about my trip, I've learned that the best way to negotiate is to know what questions to ask and then listen to the answers.

If you're serious about this, you should definitely consult an attorney.I am not one, but here are some things I've learned from playing around with these types of things:--Trusts are excellent vehicles for anonymity--You can hire a professional fiduciary (like an attorney) to act as trustee so the public contact is not easily affiliated with you. 

Start small, gain experience, and use each property as a learning opportunity.

I will use my knowledge in the home inspection field, owning and operating my home inspection business, the relationships i will make during that time, my experience in being a landlord and my knowledge as an licensed electrician and home inspector to help convince my investors that i am serious and have the skin in the game to get deals done.

@Ariel Gonzalez, I can say that, from my perspective, General Partners experience is something that many groups were able to get around but many LPs are learning what experience is versus EXPERIENCE.  

I have already had experience in analyzing house flips so I'm confident in my skill set there, but how should I expect mobile house flips to differ from normal house flips when it comes to ANALYZING the deal Any help is very much appreciated!!

Does anyone have any experience with him that they can share?
