Though, my guess is that the areas of concentration for millennial movers are Riverside, Murray Hill, the Beaches, etc. 

I am managing a "Beach House" in the Oxnard area recently and doing some repairs currently so have connected with some BP contacts in the area. 

The town is a suburb of Honolulu, so small town beach town feel but big city options (for Hawaii standards).

I'm thinking a single family home to cater to amusment park and beach vacationers with a VRBO, or a multi- family rental.

Im also thinking of buying a place to bnb close to a beach or something nice but never bought anything out of state yet.
