Houston market unimaginably HOT with bidding wars all around.  

Also have several NODs and Complaints being filed in numerous other states/counties with no issues yet.  

As long as we are assuming, lets go with 1% interest, 25% appreciation, 0% vacancy, the property is rezoned commercial, Amazon and Facebook get into a bidding war on your property. 

We were looking to purchase a few months ago & we were stalled by bidding wars.

I dont believe that your buddy has the gumption to advertise a property with a cap rate worse than a war zone.

Hi,I am looking to buy a rental, maybe Airbnb, and every place I look it seems like bidding wars and other insanity.The only place where I think I could buy without a bidding war is Manhattan NY.

There have been numerous people on BP talking about how they paid application fees but they could never get their loans closed on any deal brought to the company.

I have also represented folks on both sides of the deal numerous times.
