If there are numerous items that can be life threatening or costly; for example, the rough in and insulation was not inspected before close in then I would get a hold of the previous owner and tell them they sold a house that was not allowed to be occupied.

Personally, I travel internationally a lot and so I like the Chase Bank Visa point system, as I use a sapphire card personally and can then xfer points out to various airlines and hotel groups.The Points Guy is kind of like Biggerpockets, but for CC reward points.
