I'm getting out of my current job (military) for various reasons, but I'm looking to get into one of the following options on the California Central Coast area where I will be for the next 3 years due to my wife's job:1) Real Estate Agent2) For a property management company3) Investment Company4) Real Estate Software Company5) Or something I haven't thought ofThoughts?

And we each have different software with differences in features and ease of use.

Can anyone recommend a good software to track my direct main which is easy to set up 

Hi BiggerPockets - been waiting for an opportunity to get involved with your forum for a long time, and I finally have a question I think worth discussion.I operate significant house flipping operations in Austin, Dallas, and Upstate New York and we're involved in 50+ house flips and remodels a year, and have been doing this for about 14 years now.Now that I have three separate teams (manager, GC, multiple subs, Realtor) in each market, I am finding it increasingly difficult to keep tabs on timelines, project progress, budgets, etc.I'm curious what technology and software you higher volume folks use to keep track of everything.

Do you ask them or is their some sort of software you can use?

All of the serial "gurus" are out with software and/or programs promoting wholesaling vacant houses. 

Whomever Mack is he needs to run his damn business correctly and monitor those he calls himself hiring or allowing others to hire.

@Zamir Kazi, the only thing I've found that will work for my business(Es) after testing more than 30 CRMs/project management software programs is...........Podio.And, I hated Podio with a purple passion until I got so disgusted with all other software that I spent two solid days educating myself and implementing it.There's nothing better for what you're doing if, and it's a big if, you'll take the few hours to understand it and integrate it with GlobiFlow so everything you do is automated and you get reports created so you can manage by report. 

Do you use CRM software/apps?

I'm really a software engineer by profession, but I've been interested in real estate for a few years already.
