I brought that money home to the weekly mobile home rental we had been demoted to, walked in and threw the money on the bed.  

I did it hearing about an 11% conversion, but I got calls on people wanting to buy old mobile homes in parks for $25k than anything. 

Is there a high demand for people wanting to buy developed  lots (with water and electric) so they can build their own home or put a mobile home on it? 

I tore some old mobile homes down and they did have some, some didnt.I think IF you go to buy a replacement breaker and its 50 bucks and up,,,you MAY have a problem.

In fact the math works out that if given two options of financing:A) Agency financing at 4% interest, 75% LTV orB) Portfolio Lender at 5.5% interest, 80% LTVWith Option A your RoR after 5 years is 21.39% vs. 20.08% for the portfolio financing.

Account Closed  Tiny homes are nothing more than modified travel trailers or mobile homes.I looked at these years ago they were called park models at the mobile home manufactorers.these container homes are on their face since they are built with steel  much tougher  LOL and will last longer etc.the MFR one he is building St.

Retired and mobility impaired would have been a more accurate description.I don't think we'd take any legal action yet, but I will tell my sister to not enter the house if he isn't fully clothed.

I can obtain LLC. lending for "fix and flip" or agency lending but prefer you hold onto financing on agency lending for 6-12 months of payments.
