I mentioned in the housing market report for March of 2022 that there were emerging data points indicating some shifting in market sentiment.

As such, in March I kindly told them I would not be renewing their lease (which ends 5/31), due to needing to make renovations to their apartment (rather than telling them they were the problem). 

We ended up focusing 30 minutes away in a more attainable market (pretty far outside of her normal market) and ended up closing on our first duplex with her there in March. 

Beginning of March this year, the mgmt office sent a hearing notice to her, allowing her to plea her case.

I bought at $285k, upgraded from 3/1.5 to 3/2, and a smaller 3/2 on my block sold for $435k in March. 

If you have an LLC that is owned by more than one person, you have an LLC that is treated as a partnership(Default).Partnership's have a tax filing obligation that is due on March 15 of every year.You may want to see if getting it taxed as an S-corp will be beneficial to you.

@Steven D Martin I just did this very thing in March.

The former residence was subsequently rented from 2018 to March 2021, when the tenant vacated.  

I am kind of panicking because this property  was a full fledged flip project put (80k of rehab) and because luck was not on my side when i put it on market in March 2020(Covid 2020 Hit).I was on a hard money interest only loan with 12 % interest and refinanced into a 30yr fixed loan with 3 yr prepayment penalty (crappy conventional loan). 

March 2022 was a month of records for Santa Cruz real estate.
