As such, in March I kindly told them I would not be renewing their lease (which ends 5/31), due to needing to make renovations to their apartment (rather than telling them they were the problem).

If you have an LLC that is owned by more than one person, you have an LLC that is treated as a partnership(Default).Partnership's have a tax filing obligation that is due on March 15 of every year.You may want to see if getting it taxed as an S-corp will be beneficial to you.

I am kind of panicking because this property  was a full fledged flip project put (80k of rehab) and because luck was not on my side when i put it on market in March 2020(Covid 2020 Hit).I was on a hard money interest only loan with 12 % interest and refinanced into a 30yr fixed loan with 3 yr prepayment penalty (crappy conventional loan).
