Hi @Andrew Sargent, how is your investment doing so far? 

Our mortgage agent suggested to buy as an investment and then refinance, but is not a good idea since we cannot take cash out (we don't have enough for the 25%).We thought of sending an offer contingent on one of the units being vacant, but the seller doesn't want to put that into written. 

My goal is to find a property that suits her needs while also serving as a strong long-term investment.

The purpose of a landing page is to quickly and effectively convince a person who is genuinely considering selling their house at a discount to leave their contact details so your acquisition agent can reach out to them.Anything that hinders this process will ultimately LOSE you money.

Recommend exploring as many sources as possible to get referrals AND cross-reference them to get as much accurate information as possible.Check out NARPM.com, BP’s Property Manager Finder (BiggerPockets: The Real Estate Investing Social Network), etc.Also, encourage you to learn from the mistakes of others - by reading posts here on BiggerPockets about owners not having their expectations met by their current Property Management Company.

Just got my hands on Devon Kennard's new book "Real Estate Side Hustle" last week, and I'm eagerly awaiting James Dainard's "House Flipping Framework" next month.

I have heard of a decent amount of people either investing/ living in Bali, it seems to be a pretty big hub for digital nomads.
