It's definitely not more than 8 hours per month to manage this from a high level. 

You can also ask for a 'Seller Credit" which helps cover closing costs or buy the rate down if you come in high enough on the purchase offer.

I would be open to discussing with a high quality tenant who you can communicate well with. 

SD has a historically high appreciation rate and it sounds like you also did a lot of work to it. 

I would highly recommend attending this as often as you can.

Specifically in this sellers market where the rental demand is so high.

With housing prices and all prices so high, multi-gen households will be more common here in the US like it is in other cultures and HH is an excellent option for older and younger family gens to stay closer and save $.
