I've met with the tenants and it appears we'll be able to keep them and get them under lease shortly.Here's the dilemma.

Anyway, here's my urgent dilemma: my wife and i seized an opportunity to move out of our primary residence, and into my in-laws while they will be gone for a few months.

The condo is in a great area & the financial health of the complex is very good according to their budget paperwork & it's well managed.

Here is one for example:The “Lead-Safe Certificate” shall expire from the date of issuance by the Health Department Director as follows:(1) three (3) years from the date of issuance by the Director for any property that fails the initial visual inspection or dust wipe test; or (2) six (6) years from the date of issuance for any property that passes the initial visual and dust wipe inspection; (3) if either the Residential Rental Property has undergone Lead Abatement, designed for the single purpose of permanently eliminating lead hazards, consistent with the provisions of Ohio lawor has been determined not to contain lead-based paint pursuant to section 1760.05(b), 20 years from the date of issuance by the Director.

It is true that you would need to fix any health or safety issues or VA/FHA loan wont work.

The recent years have also been very challenging with personal health challenges but we have never given up and look forward to a brighter future and the opportunity to help others learn from our mistakes and achieve their own real estate dreams for retirement.
