First to admit we just never thought it would end.. my partner would leave right after Elk hunting season for Maui for the Winter I had a home in the Napa valley and would hang there playing golf most days and working a few hours a week on new sales for the coming year.. but when it was sales and logging time.. it was 7 days a week for about 4 months...

i just bought in august with a conventional second home loan. 20% down 6.99%i pulled some money out of my heloc in my primary over the summer. luckily our primary home has a low monthly payment to swing the heloc for now so i can get the STR up and running.
