Tenants seem to like the flexibility and while my first one started before COVID no one is going anywhere even though they can.  

Or.. to allow you more building flexibility. 

How much flexibility do you have to change lease terms, adjust rent and terminate rental agreement if desired? 

Or if you have any leads on another property owner who is looking for a caretaker or has some flexibility in lease options, we would appreciate that information!

Using a Solo 401K is preferred because it is more flexible with how you invest.  

I would like to pay more than the monthly cost (so i can pay off early and hopefully without penalties) but have wiggle room to go back to minimum payments should i need the flexibility. 

My OH PM is a more flexible and deals with these things tenant by tenant on an ad hoc basis. 

However I want to be flexible and allow month to month, 3 month, 6 month and obviously 12 months.

Hey @Kyle McGrath, if you want to quicken the process put it out there to local investors, one may be wanting to get rid of one and cash out on some equity maybe a 1031 and if you are flexible he might be willing to work with doing a FHA loan.
