I'd be interested in that as a possibility for building capital which I'd eventually want to move into a MFR later on. 

I plan to eventually refinance to a conventional and like the idea of seller financing for at least a year to avoid the need for coming up with $50k-60k for the 20% down payment.

That was back in Cincy, so its been a while since I've been a homeowner.After trying and eventually failing to successfully grow a tech startup for a few years I've returned to the marketplace as an employee with a company I love to work for -- MailChimp.

I believe wholesaling or renting single family homes would be the thing i find most interesting, but I'd eventually like to be able to get into commercial real estate with private funding.

At this point we are just documenting and gathering information for our eventual lawsuit.At week 21 we had hope it would be repaired.

I would like to eventually get into larger investments or partnerships.It's been great so far seeing so many different perspectives, so can't wait to continue the learning!

We will be having our next meeting on March 30, 2017 (an event has been submitted), and are hoping to get enough interest to eventually have a robust REIA.I know there is a lot of interest in real estate investing in the Auburn/Opelika metro area, so if anyone has any thoughts on what we can do to to capture this interest and provide networking opportunities in our area, please let us know.

You should assume you will eventually become very involved in their financial affairs.

Again, I don't know anything about Toledo, but since you will likely want to refi out of that FHA loan eventually, you'll have to do your due diligence to make sure there's enough equity gain to facilitate that.Good luck!
