Trying to get a builder in on beginning stages to make sure the lot I buy is suitable for what I want to do.

This particular NDA asks for Net Worth, Liquid Assets, Credit Score, Occupation, How Long You've Been Looking For A Business.This seemed invasive to us for just this initial stage, (as we haven't even gotten any info about the business to know if we are interested) but perhaps this is normal.

Do you already know the investment avenue or are you at a very early stage of not even sure what to invest in?

My first thought is an FHA loan, however, I don't have a job and my credit history is in the infant stages.

There is still a large stigma from unclean cap tables and how it impacts later-stage financing so the amount of capital required for any particular business model matters a lot too.  

I am still in the Self Employed stage of that business but have my first staff member starting next week with a clear plan that turns this into a B quadrant business.Lesson 3: You make money by selling shares, not buying themThis lesson always stuck out to me.
