I was wondering if anyone knew of any problems with subdividing/selling a large piece of land with undivided fractional interest....Anything issues come to mind?

I, myself prefer the sun belt over the rust belt (My investments are in Texas for quality and Alabama for cash flow and as you know, a little piece of land in Lehigh Acres, FL) However, my point was that if you are tight on cash and do not want to rely on financing, low quality, high cash flow property can be a good rout as well.

Thanks EZ-I'm definitely willing to work the financing piece-I'll touchbase with my realtor on what he can do for that aspect.Hopefully, we can start generating some interest and at least some feedback on the place once we get a seller through.

Guess if they removed it then I'd own a 1 acre piece of ground for 40k plus foreclosure costs.Nice thought Ryan.It was originally financed by Wells in the heyday which means absolutely nothing.
