There may be some additional options property under a Builders Risk form but it depends on what is being done.The situation with having different policies for the Property and Liability is common with flips and also with non-standard dwellings (ie. vacant). 

You need to change your policy to a Rental Dwelling/Landlord policy.

What is a single family attached dwelling?

It does not license them to work on residential units with four or fewer dwellings, or inside condominium residences.

The collateral is single family houses, but this is certainly not a residential loan and no residential lender would touch it.So to say that all single family dwelling loans are residential loans is not accurate.
