The robbery has destroyed your property, and threatened the life of your tenants.

We have never destroyed a house our rent is always paid.

Let them move out and be happy you don't have to go through an eviction or give them cash for keys after their dogs destroyed the house.

We only deal with termites or other wood destroying insects.

Then they could potentially destroy your house. 

They can save face that way, but you still get what you want, and the relationship isn't destroyed. 

Threatened with eviction they fled (with their hardware) and we had to put hvac back together. had a client whose house was basically destroyed by an indoor grow..  

IE "I won't rent to someone with kids because they'll destroy my newly remodeled unit," or, "If you want to move in to your new property, just give the tenant notice they have to move by months end, their lease was with the seller not with you," and the ever frequent, "Tenant didn't pay his rent so I changed the locks and/or turned off the water".And in general - folks in the above group pinching pennies to not pay a professional to handle what they clearly cannot do themselves, either due to lack of ability or knowledge.

Deny the animal and a judge will rule against you and destroy your business.
