I’m looking to invest in Mobile Home Parks, and I’ve heard that there are many parks for sell that are not publicly listed, because for whatever reason the owner does not want it to be know they’re looking to sell.

What would be the best way to seller finance mobile homes to current renters in a mobile home park?

No soap scum, cracks, nothing of that sorts, then she was repeating about the toilet and about the paint on the outside of the mobile home being half done which my 65 year old husband has not had the time to finish just yet.

Park is located on the hill and has two major issues:1) gravel road condition (it has potholes and unsufficient drainage which caused the road practically disappear);2) flooding of basements when it rains in storage building and few mobile homes.I am having a problem to find a contractor who can help to fix those issues.

There are 30 pads in the mobile home park that don’t have homes on them.
