The most interesting thing to come out of the meeting was a question from the attorney about how we wanted to handle the death of a member.

It seems most houses in Wenatchee or surrounding areas are usually in the $300k range (2-3 bed/1-2 bath).

They are hoarders and now have bed bugs.

Also, if I cant find many duplexes in the area, how can I account for this, should I use duplexes in a farther out area or look for a similar size house with similar numbers of beds and baths?

3 bed 2.5 bath, approx 1500 sq ft, two stories. 

I just read an article in the Post Gazette that also addresses this by saying "Due to an unusually old population, more deaths than births occur here".

I have a friend who saw an increase in value from $275k to $415K in 3-4 years on a little 1940's 2 bed/1 bath.

It’s 2,268sqft, .19 acres, 4 bed, 2.5 bath, unfinished basement, new backyard porch but almost everything else inside is dated.

I beleive both of those will survive although leases in some instances  i think could expire at death.. but check local lawsseller financing survives though pretty sure on that one
