@Greg H. thats unfortunate. we never speak of details of the report as were not allowed to but we always resolve issues with our clients & customers. i guess we just do things differently, most of my appraisers are old school though 50+ yrs old with 20+ yrs experience so i guess thats why.

I know I get super irritated when I call a customer service number and get automated menus when I really want to speak to a person and have them solve my problem.

They sell it to lenders and Real Estate Agents who are their real customers. 

I used a custom one with my picture for a while, but I decided I didn't actually want my face out there.My marketing is NOT a coherent method.

Now if you have plenty of time on your hands maybe you'd be better off just starting your own construction company and finding and maintaining relationships with sub-contractors, supply houses and potential customers. 

If they have a track record in the area I'd entertain it.You could look at it almost as "custom" build of sorts and for those your deposit goes the project and not to escrow.

Chances are if you dig hard enough, every tk company out there will have an unhappy customer because their investment did not go as planned.

Hi all,My investment company is presently a project manager/builder, an interior designer who doubles as a customer service rep/leasing agent for our tenants, a part time bookkeeper, and myself who is the investor/broker and I also handle the rest of the property management duties.
