Very cool about your first property, are you finding any issues with distance being in NC?

If your company happens to be a blue apron APRN well you won't be buying any high price home.Pretty cool to see the landscape of the Bay Area change in the last 35yrs.  

Pro: Its cool up to date technology that will provide energy for you. 

Is SD finally cooling, or is there something else going on I'm not aware of?

If you are buying houses in OKC in some of the cool hip areas with really low rated schools, you probably aren't going to get many families that want to live over there.

I have talked to her about closing the door because she says the ac isn't cooling. 

Airbnb estimates ~1600/mo average, and I think it is a bit conservative given the location next to public transportation, "coolness" of the unit (100+ year old building that will stage and photograph well), and relatively underwhelming alternative Airbnb and hotel options.Furnishing everything is my biggest unknown that I'm working on, but I would greatly appreciate hearing about any red flags/concerns/oversights that jumped out at you while reading this.

Most people, even who don't need it, would find this a cool feature.
