Anyone have any go to stores/suppliers for kitchen backsplash and cabinet hardware other than HD or Lowe’s?

Same with appliances/tile/cabinets/etc. 

The one we built looks nicer than the house, LVF, quartz counters, nice cabinets, etc.  

I've got a decent cabinet supplier and a good guy that can install, tile, etc.

By fixing the roof and foundation issues, replacing the hot water heater, the front door and front door frame, new flooring, new paint, new blinds, new kitchen cabinets and appliances, new gutters and downspouts.

@Michael Keane Appliance color/brands shouldn't effect an appraisal, only capital improvements like cabinets, countertops, and you can give your appraiser a list of all you've done.

I'm open to buying any kind of rental at the moment, but leaning towards those that don't need too terribly much work (carpet, paint, flooring, cabinets, etc).I'd love to have this done in about 5 years or sooner if possible.

New kitchen cabinets on order ($3800 from HD for cabinets and granite installed). 

If they turned off some/all utilities (assuming they were at some point in the tenants name), AND there is nothing but trash left in the unit (no useable furniture, no current groceries, no clothes in closet, no shoes, no toothbrush in the bathroom or meds in the cabinet), check local law but that IS abandoned...not allegedly abandoned.
