When I was doing rentals (including my L/O's) I always changed the A/C filters.

I feel like next month he might complain that some plants in the yard causing pollen and he has breathing problem.

Other examples would be I can't add a filter in the marketplace.

Ok Antonio, After sitting here for the past 30 mins reading this whole post I have a few things that could help, and I say these with a smile:1) STOP........Take a breath......really, do it.

I like the search filters, for example, I can look for MLS in a price range that is priced below their estimate of current value, I don't know anywhere else to do a search like that.

You can do this yourself by filtering for recently sold properties on Zillow, realtor.com, trulia, redfin, etc.

Honestly, there is mold everywhere, and in the air we breathe.  

Some folks will be scared to be so close to others, breathing in recycled air, having proximity in a pandemic, etc.
