Basic rules of investing in any form.

It's the silly little questions like this that drive me nuts!

Apologies for the basic question, but I haven't been able to find a clear answer online.

Geez man I hate to come down on you cuz you are in a situation , but you don’t even understand the most basic components of using the brrrr strategy .
