The funny thing is, as the Fed has reduced their purchases, mortgage prices have actually gone up relative to other rate instruments. 

What if automated bull dozers could have the home knocked down and picked up in a single day?

The state may not set a fair market value for these kinds of assets, there is no book value nor is there an appraisal of such instruments (at least not now because I no longer provide such appriasals)!

Tough question…That is like asking which instrument are you most likely to get killed with walking the streets!

You should just sit tight and do nothing other than watch the stock price, which you can automate either through an employee or, if you are technically proficient, by having alerts sent to you.

It is a very robust online marketing tool that allows you to build and segregate list, provide automate email replies, sell products, etc.Unless you are planning on building a big database of potential customers that you want to communicate with routinely and convince them to buy something from you.... it is probably gross overkill for a real estate investor.There are other FREE programs such as Constant Contact which are better suited to a real estate investors needs.Best of luck!
