I've made some calls to the city to get information on how to obtain the license, but have not had my questions answered. 

They're actually easier to qualify for because they look at the asset's performance.

They're really not for me or probably most Real Estate investors on BP obtaining higher returns than what they can offer, but I do admire the hands off approach system they devised.
