I had a couple that got one and it managed to eat the plug off a window air conditioner, the quarter round in the bedroom and my front porch swing,   Also tore up the shrubbery in the raised bed in the front because, of course, the dirt was nice to dig into during the hot summer months.Since then, no puppies!

I prefer Macbook Air and then have a 27" screen + keyboard at my home.

I would search VRBO and air to see availability and pricing from people that currently have rentals and run the number to see what type and size properties may be profitable or least break even if you just want a place where you can go and it pay for itself.

MSL.this would be an excellent property for as I said very light aircraft  tail draggers etc.. so very limited in the pilot community... not like Moutain air .

So, this hasn't happened to me yet, but I am curious.With the advent of the passage of laws in various states allowing for the medicinal use of marijuana, I'm wondering how this interfaces with landlords and their leases.For example, we have both a "drug-free" clause in the lease, and a "no smoking indoors" provision.Let's say a tenant claims to need medical marijuana.  

Both the heater and water heater require a small hole in the wall for fuel line a larger hole for exhaust/ fresh air pipe (about 18 inches total length), and a 110 standard electrical plug.

I've replaced the air conditioner (which was stolen while it was vacant), added 5 interior doors (that were missing for some reason), paid the property manager to paint the place at $2,250, replaced a few window panes, and bought a stove and refrigerator for it. 

We have aired the house out for a few days.
