@Charles Parrish Thank you for your responses.I am in the process of acquiring this SFH through owner financing.The seller still has mortgage on the property do it's going to be a wrap mortgage arrangement.The deed will be transferred on closing to me.I was just concerned about the loan being recalled.I have heard people say this is possible.

If bigger than an SFR then the question of whether you're planning on house hacking applies as that can affect your financing options.Finding out how much you want to buy a property for allows you to trace back how much you need to acquire it which could help guide your decision as to whether or not you should look towards getting a partner or not.
