I was unsure if I wanted more of a section 8 house and just buy outright or something more substantial and use that $ as a DP.My mentor and I would go driving for dollars, chat, etc and I'd try to soak up as much as possible.So last month, I attended my first property auction.

If you have a trip planned we usually meet the third Thursday of every month and usually have 75+ people attend but will make a special meeting if you are in town some other day.

I attended a 3day seminar/workshop with Real Estate intensive and all I can say is that I paid $2000 for a very special seed and taste for REI that was planted inside of me.

Great suggestion of attending the DIG meeting.

There is a three way switch that should be a four way in garage and a little issue outside that we are attending to out of an abundance of caution.

I will be attending at the end of this month.

There are several owners of such properties who attend #KnoxREIA meetings and these units are management intensive.

Central CT is the one I attend @Jeffrey VanGilder - it is over in Manchester CT

We have had a few meetings last year, but it fizzled out quickly due to lack of attendance.
