I'm looking to refinance one of my rental properties in Atlanta, and wondering if anyone can recommend someone good to talk to (a bank or individual) to get this ball rolling. 

I know the prevailing advice is to bank locally, but I’ve looked at the rates that Chase bank has for their HELOC and they seem to have better terms than what the local banks have posted.

Any suggestions on a local bank that offers portfolio loans?
