That being said, I'm curious where other military investors are choosing to invest, and what platform they are choosing.

I was reading one of the books recommended off BiggerPockets and they mentioned two different platforms to use for rental property management.  

Does this mean that if I invest through a crowdfunding platform and purchase parts of loans in 10 different states I will need to file 10 state tax returns?

Formerly, I was General Counsel at Patch of Land, a real estate marketplace lending platform. 

I'm looking to put all the excel spreadsheets I currently maintain to gather our firm's data (acquisition cost sheets, renovation cost sheets, sales costs sheets, net sheets of the deal) into an online platform where everyone in the company can easily access them. 

With the advent of crowdfunding platforms in the last few years there are many real estate and real estate related investments available to the passive investor, anticipated annual returns from 8% to 20%.  

We ordered the Spa Sensations black platform bed frame at Walmart (about $60) a bit more at the moment, prices fluctuate all the time just like Amazon.  

Rich Dad is a great book, this platform is a great to meet like minded people.
