It's a great location, schools, parks, highways and beach nearby.

I have recently been presented the opportunity to buy or assign a beach property. 

Try to keep cool/neat/unique things in the park that millennial's would like, for example, maintained playground for kids, muscle beach style outdoor workout area for adults, a neat trail system inside the park itself for dog walkers, a community BBQ area, etc...

When our realtor told us about a unit that was up for sale I knew exactly where the development was and how far from the beaches they were and what side of the highway they were on.
