Which of those is best for a high income, self employed widget manufacturer to buy single family rentals?

I am looking for a manufactured home company to partner with to help get these lots sold.

Seller "Umm...Not sure, it was built before I purchased the property last year" "Interesting, cause the stamps on the lumber show it was manufactured June 2017"

I am also considering replacing w/ a pre-fabricated/manufactured 4 unit building.

My plan was to get my Real Estate license in Ohio and continue to do that, but now if I move, I want to consider an entire different career from what I do now (Manufacturing).I'm still thinking about obtaining a Real Estate License and trying to become a Realtor and Investor.I wouldn't mind working for a Property Management company or even trying to start a small property management company if there is a need or opportunity for it.What kind of careers are available for someone that would like to stay involved in Real Estate as a means to learn more about the facets of Real Estate in Jacksonville.

I'm a GM for a manufactured home sales center in Walton, KY and a mobile home park owner in South East Indiana (Rising Sun).

Would it be a better idea to potentially find a cheap piece of land and build 1-2 manufactured houses on that land and rent them out over buying a house for around 250k-300k and renting it out.

Is anybody buying or selling manufactured homes in Cheyenne Wyoming?  

The manufacturers manual is not sufficient for what I am wanting. 

Picked up a free 3 x 2 manufactured home and moved it to the lot.
