Being a repeat customer I would have expected to be treated as a priority, but instead i continue to be placed on the backburner.

would I need to get a custom contract drawn up?

The thing about storage is that you can monetize your customers in several different ways than just the monthly rent that all of a sudden the deal becomes awesome so, as you can guess, one of my critical items on the checklist is things not currently being implemented that could be implemented in order to monetize each customer.

I always love when I get a call saying can you get me 75% LTV when the customer is buying at a 4 cap. 

A good Agent is what you really need.they actually get out in the field and look at your property.. attorney just sits in their office and rights a contract  LOL... not that you can't go that route.. lol my experience is most real estate agents are just out to make their commission (and I would too as that's how I get paid) & make a sale. and to not use an attorney, well, I wouldn't advise that no matter what the local customs are.

I worked for a developer who did subdivisions and the paperwork alone took up file cabinets.

Everyone should have customized criteria to determine the worthiness of an applicant.

There were beds, clothes, the kitchen cabinets were full, toys,  It was as though they just walked out.The fun part came on Saturday though when I met the old owner.  

What are the rentals like, are they modernized, with newer appliances, cabinets, countertops, flooring, or are they older and run down?
