Maryland is noted as being America in miniature as there are tons of diversities that dwell within the state.

@Jared Kovall-Scarlett  you can load up on all the RE training cousre manuals buy buying them on E bay.. when you can afford it of cousre.. many have good concepts many don't work but you can glean a few nuggets from each of the paid for trainers in America...
