I grew up all over Northern California, some cities in Mexico and now reside in San Diego, CA.

I grew up all over Northern California, some cities in Mexico and now reside in San Diego, CA.

The first is that the city it is heavily divided between touristy areas none touristy areas but I cannot find away to break it down by neighborhood on airbnb or airdna.

I'm currently looking on a property in a quite respected and well beloved city in my country (Denmark for anyone interested)This current property, is currently priced at 1750000 DKK - Which is around 235k euros.The time it has been on the market is quite alarming, sitting at 2876 days so far.What would be a good lowballing bid?

Not only do I have to do the quiet title against the heirs, but also the city and school district have a lein on the house for all the back taxes that led to the sale before the house even belonged to me, and I have to pay to have this quiet title brought against them to have the lein released.  

I'm looking into new construction in Oklahoma City (building a fourplex) to take advantage of a value add lot in a great location.
