I just renewed her lease last week for another year.I did not have any surprises on amount of rent from the office vs from her like someone else in this post mentioned.I also am getting above-market rents for this neighborhood.You should market to all people.

I believe this is a free service in most places.I don't know for sure about Houston, but I wouldn't be surprised if the request to bring the gas meter back has to be made by a licensed person, which would be an additional layer of protection that the repairs were done properly.
