Anyone else have to do this and have a good solution?

I hadn't been monitoring these calls, because I expected him to be rocking and rolling after our training and training wheels period, and continue to build his skills. 

If they are good tenants as far as full and timely payments goes, I'd say: 1) Tell them you want to service their requests and that you feel uncomfortable when the husband is naked underneath a sheet.  2) If they understand your request and don't fix the problem the next time you go over, find a $50 solution that is super easy to put on and gift it to them.  

It will take a detailed system to plan and monitor your project so that you can be successful and finish on time and on budget out of the gate.

I listened to the podcast and it led me to another source and a solution.

Who pays for the monitoring?

I know I am facing an financial uphill battle in particular when starting out in this industry, however I am choosing to look at this as an opportunity to learn and find a solution that works for us.

I have been looking everywhere for a good solution, but cannot find an easy way to locate and setup about 50 machines as the owner is requesting.Does anyone have any experience doing this?

I too would like to find a solution to this and I know others that would as well.
