As a result of my military lifestyle, and the places I have been stationed, northern Virginia, San Diego, Hawaii, where the returns are not as great as other areas, I have started investing remotely in areas with greater returns. 

Every LLC then needs to file a tax return and should be showing profit and loss and balance sheet separately.

Just at a glance I would sell and invest your money in higher return investments.

What is important to me though is the risk and the return, not the price point (I personally wouldn't invest in low price point properties overseas and you can find more properties with a lower price point in the US).

I just had a cost seg performed for my 2017 tax return and the cost relative to the tax benefit was inconsequential. 

@Bjorn Ahlblad I've run numbers on several multi family residences. none of them had a ConC return above 7%.
