Family looking to get in to a good school zone? 

Opportunity Zone Funds are a great way to mitigate and even eliminate capital gains tax liabilities. 

We dealt with a dozen or so contractors and subcontractors, nevermind all of the interested regulators (feds, state, county, city) so I got a healthy dose of understanding code, zoning, and contractor... relations. 

I have never done this but something you should consider is opportunity zones.

Anytime pay is tied to a closing, red flag.  

A huge red flag is why did the old landlord return the security deposit? 

For me, the more followers anyone has the more red flags go up!

Keep in mind that this kind of red-tape actually prevents me from adding more jobs, which would, ironically, lead to fewer people needing assistance in the first place.
