Any founders & owners of fractional CFO, accounting, bookkeeping firm? 

I would offer 90% of the market value. if he sells it you with no agents he is saving 6%~ on real estate agent commission and the other 4% is a convenience fee in that he dos not have to endure showings etc. and you will get better pricing on a non-owner occupied property if you put down 25% is compared to 20%.

To quote a famous thinker: “It just doesn’t matter.”In regards to tree branches over the property line she can and should cut them herself.

In need of an excellent CPR attorney because I currently have a Kaneohe property under contract that I plan on CPR'ing.

I’ll rent out the other units and use a property manager for the home, only because my day job will take up too much time to manage the property myself.
