Hey @Alex Jacobs, I'd start by finding a solid investor friendly agent in your local area; definitely meet with a few of them, but ideally you will find someone who has a decent network that can connect you with resources such as a solid lender.

Keep in mind, I am a professional appraiser and there have been two model match sales in my neighborhood in the last 6 months, so I know what my house is worth with a 2% variance. 

house didn’t have any leak (as they say and as on disclosure form) house wasnt owned by professional investor, it’s owned by a couple who bought in 2017, completely fixed the rear unit and added 2 new bathroom in front, which they divorced around 2019/2020 based on my search, so I am somewhat thinking there not much to hide?  

The property is managed by a professional office and the rent is ach payments direct The rent amount im getting is 3 times what i pay for the mortgage. 

De-list your property and then re-list with the professional pictures, improved description, and adequate price point.6.
