These government "workers" have nothing better to do than waste time with drive by's instead of doing anything productive.

Business names need to be remembered, easily associated with the service/product line.Easy to say as well, if you're answering the phone, by the end of the day you'll get tired of saying Merrimack Valley Residential I'm sure.

If they have a steady job and pass the general tenant screening criteria items, and not having a SS make them somewhat fearful of authorities (cops and courts) -- generally excellent low hassle tenants that pay cash and on time from my experience.

A great excuse to take care of other backroom business requirements and get ready for the production days. :)
