For those investors here that use private money, how do you show proof of funds when submitting an offer?

I have a house with 1 hard money loan and 8 private investors.

I had a large portfolio in the private client unit in Florida.

Now I want to start investing without my family and using private money, I have been taking some webinars about raising capital and I'm kinda lost preparing deals, analysing properties and finding private lenders.

This "Private Pre-Auction Event" is the same as Dean Grasziosi's program, they just pomp you to buy their expensive education which is not that useful.
