They are NOT intended to save you money and you are adding more parties into the process of making repairs which is always more hassle.

Definitely recommend getting guidance from a real estate CPA and a cost segregation expert, to see if what you can save is worth the cost and effort of doing this for this property price range.

I have some saving for sure but I don’t have 100s of thousands of dollars just laying around.
