But there are others that don't.I'm not really sure about some areas because I don't know them well, but Carnarsie, Brownsville, would be two that I don't think will have much future rent appreciation when compared to other areas like Bed-Stuy, Crown Heights, Ocean Hill and Bushwick, even East New York.The Flatbush area has become hot and is in the process of Gentrification.

Also with the economy turning right now I would be very careful getting into STRs that do not also cash flow as a long term rental, or are in a heavy traffic vacation area such as Blue Ridge, Helen etc.
