Sitting up there in the tractor during planting and harvest season listening to music and steering between the crops.A couple of hundred acres under the plow, deer and pheasants dashing around your fields.Maybe grow peas, or corn, whatever.Have a personal garden for your families food, eat outside on the pic-nick table in the summer.USDA does farm loans.Another Non-W2 I have seen people do is owning a package delivery route and delivery truck.

How would you rank the risk of losing income of the following: single tenant medical, single tenant retail, multiple teant retail, multiple tenant medical condos/office, fast food chain, Dollar General or similar, Big distrubtion buildings custom built to the current tenant and professional office multi office?   

You've all given me a lot of food for thought.

I'm local too (near Countryside Mall, but I'm down in South Pasadena a lot), and I'm always up for caffeine and/or food!

Paying for your food, transportation, health insurance, utilities, property taxes, insurance (assuming you have no mortgage here), kid expenses, fun stuff etc on a little over $6k per month isn't going to leave you with much left over.

The overwhelming response I received was you can do sprays on the exposed wood, try to remove the food source (use composite) or do ground treatments to create a perimeter.

When you get involved in a Chinese community you will find that there are lots of social gatherings many of which center around food, family and culture.
