A little carpet and paint because they are scared of anything else.The problem with that is most properties needing carpet and paint a home buyer will also want that property and take it for 15% off market value.

For instance i use the same color paint in all the homes i renovate. if i use carpet i use one singular kind.

I took it off the market for the winter and replaced the carpet, painted the outside(it's stucco) and did a few other things before relisting it in March of this year.
